FAQ

Do you need experience?
You don't need any experience for private lessons, although it's useful if you already have some stability. You'll always receive tips and exercises to improve your level. You can choose to work on certain exercises as well. At the workshops there are adapted variants for every level so that it is educational and doable for everyone. You'll get the most out of a rollerdance workshop if you already have some basic skills, such as roller skating forward and making turns. Feel free to take a look at my Instagram page or YouTube channel to get inspiration and learn from tutorials.
What to expect from a lesson?
Specific information can always be found on the 'Classes' page. Click on 'More information' under the lesson that interests you. Private lessons are given in your desired language (NL, Fr, Eng). You can book with up to 5 friends for a private session; each person pays but there are discount codes so you pay less. Once you've booked, I'll contact you to create your desired class. Workshops take place in an indoor space with a floor that is easy to roll on. The exact location and content of the lesson can be found on the booking page of the class. The language depends on the region & group. No stress, I'll always make sure you can follow! If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me.
What to bring to a class?
Be sure to bring your own roller skates and protection! There is currently no option to rent this. Protection is not mandatory but is recommended if that makes you feel more safe. The most important is that you can stand comfortably and confidently on your roller skates. You don't need special skate socks, normal ones will do. Best is when they come above your roller skates, to prevent friction with your skin and thus possible blisters. Skating is cardio. Even if it's "just roller dancing" and seems easy. So be sure to bring enough water. Also consider a hair straightener and something to eat after class. Don't forget a hat and/or sunglasses and sunscreen for an outdoor session.
Can you take lessons in your own area?
I don't come to you for a private lesson. But.. you can book me for a private event, e.g. a roller disco, children's party, bachelorette,... Check the booking page for more information or to request a quote.
Do you organise classes for companies?
Currently no, but I'm open to it and already have many ideas. So contact me and we'll discuss your wishes and questions.
